    Unfortunately, we cannot get a picture of your problem. We have no information about the version used for installation, nor do we have any information about how you have proceeded so far in your unsuccessful attempts to download the Avira product.

    Windows 7 is an outdated version, it has not been activated by Windows for some time.

    If you are using a paid version of Avira, it might be better to contact the Avira support team. Due to the limited possibilities, it is very difficult to support outdated operating systems in a forum.
