  Mine won't connect on my computer either, I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again and it still didn't work.

  Same thing happened to me. I guess it is a way of forcing us to get a paid account, holding passwords ransom. But do we get a guarantee that they could recover such after we pay the ransom?
