    Unfortunately, we cannot form a picture of your descriptions based on your information. You did not provide any information about your installed OS, so we can't tell what happened to your installation.

    Please check the correct registration of your license and your installation according to the following instructions:

    If your registration is correct, the behaviour you describe cannot normally occur.
