billed twice, now what?
CompletedMy trial period ended, and I was expecting to be automatically on the tenth, but instead, the service just stopped working. After repeated efforts to renew from teh program, I gave up and bought a year subscription (for $40 less than the renewal was going to be adding insult to injury!) then the next day, I got a notice that my program had been renewed. so now I have been charged twice! Getting help from within your program seemed futile. how do i get one of these charges reversed???
