billing

Hi, I already tested the free trial but I don't need it anymore. I uninstalled the run file before the trial period was over and My account says I don't have any protected devices, but I just got an email stating that they might charge me if I don't cancel. I don't want to be charged since I'm not using it. Can someone please help me with that?
