No longer able to access Avira Password Manager
AnsweredI'm using the free version of Avira Password Manager. This has been working fine for quite some time - perhaps close to a year. I use across multiple platforms - PC (Windows 11) and Tablet/Phone (IOS).
Suddenly on 2/15/2023, I was unable to open Avira Password Manager. I've seen some message that something has "expired" - unfortunately, I was unable to capture a screenshot. I no longer am able to put in my master password.
Is there a limited time we can use the free version? Are we forced to upgrade to the paid version.
I'm hoping there's a simple solution here that doesn't require me to move to a new password manager and reset all my passwords.

This issue no longer exists. I'm not sure what may have resolved the issue.
I rebooted my PC. When I logged into Avira (using new password created using forgot password because Avira PWM was no working), it now prompted me again for my master password which I remembered.
I went to my other devices (iPAD, iPhone) and did the same...
- logged into Avira with reset PW
- It prompted me for master PW which I put in
- it prompted me to enable Touch ID (which I had enabled earlier)
Seems all is working fine. Not sure how to mark this post as Resolved.
