Unauthorised credit card payments taken by Avira
CompletedI subscribed to Avira in July 2022. Payments have been taken from my credit card since then in excess of $600 USD. How can I obtain a refund?

Why did Avira debit my account without my permission? – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | AviraAt the time the automatic renewal was issued, the automatic renewal was probably activated according to your settings in your customer account. Please take a look at your settings. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account in this public forum, this setting is also stored with the support.
Here the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately no way to contact Avira Support directly.
Questions about the license can only be handled by the support team via email in accordance with GDPR.Here you can find instructions on how to cancel the automatic licence renewal:
