Having problems launching Snagit 2022 - never had this issue before

I have opted for Avira Prime about 2 weeks ago hoping to solve my problem with launching Snagit 2022.

Has anyone had a similar experience with this e.g. Avira Prime is blocking the 'launch' - eventhough I have successfully installed Snagit.
