    Unfortunately, we cannot understand your request with your descriptions. You write

    ... and it has stopped sending the verification codes to the phone.

    So, it worked, and now the verification code is no longer sent to the phone. Did you make any changes? Did the phone number change? What did you change that now the verification code is not sent to your phone? There must be a reason why it is not sent to your phone number now.

    You write here in the Avira Community, unfortunately we do not have access to your account and your installation.

    We regret that we cannot follow your described process.

    Hi, 

    Jut to expand a little on the issue:

    • Avira password manager stopped sending verification codes since around 3 weeeks ago. We never had this issue before in more than 8 months using it.
    • After being logged out from Avira password manager and in typing the current password , APM  is displaying the message for verification code and phone number associated (with some asterisks **** as protection as normal allowing to see tha last numbers of the phone) and I can see is the correct phone number associated to the account.
    • The verification never reachs the phone number associated
    • We have not done any changes recently to the Avira profile

    This is the reason I would like to know how we can reach support so they can validate the account since we can not login to the application.

    If you could advice  in comunication channel is possible to get support for this , I wil really appreciate it. Thank you.
