    Hello Matt,

    We have noticed that you have already created several tickets at the support, you have had several contacts with the support and you have also received answers.

    We do not fully understand your information:
     "In earlier times, this company would help its customers with various problems. But, not now. Sad."

    Is it possible that you accidentally did not read your correspondence with the support-team in your self-created ticket? Please take a look at your questions and answers in your ticket.

    You are writing in a public forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your account and installation.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".

    If something is still unclear in handling and creating your tickets, please let us know, we will be pleased to help.
