Scan Planer not working or scans not logged in activity log

Hello, I am not sure if jobs, which are scheduled via the "scan planer" are not executed or not logged in the activity log. I have scheduled one job per day, but in the activity log I can't see, that the job was running. When i schedule the "smart scan" manually, it is working fine. I have Android 13 installed. Is this a bug or do I have to change a setting in Android? I am very grateful for aby help.
