Extremely high CPU usage when using both Bitcomet and new version of Avira

New version of Avira and Bitcomet have compatibility issue.

When bitcomet has a lot of downloading and uploading tasks (more than 100), and each task is set many Trackers (more than 20, right click a task -> properties -> advanced -> Tracker List), the 2 processes "endpoint protection service" and "Service Host: network service : DNS Client" always maintain extremely high CPU usage up to 80%.

The more the tasks, and the more Trackers set in each task, the higher CPU usage will be.

Turning off bitcomet, the CPU usage will not drop. And the BitComet_x64.exe file cannot be deleted, with a message showing that the file is being occupied by the process "endpoint protection service".

The old version of Avira 15.0.2201.2134 does not have this problem.
