How can I get back into my account?

How can I get back into my account...if the cell number that is attached to the account is so old to the point that A: it belongs to someone else or was reclaimed by the cell provider or B: Forgot about this account for X amount of years and then is now utterly dismayed at how I could forget to keep my Avira account up to date?
