    You have 2 email addresses stored in your customer account. Please check your e-mail address, with which the license was ordered by you, also essential, whether this is verified by you.
    There you will find in your customer account your setting for automatic license renewal, which can be set by you according to your wishes.

    The announcement of the license renewal will be sent to the e-mail address with which the license was ordered and is therefore stored there in your customer account.
