New iOS update now zero passwords except through browser

The last Avira iOS update forced me to log in after its update. Now I have zero passwords locally but my Notes, Wallet, and 2FA are present. Each time I log into a website and copy the password from the browser (password.Avira.com) that password shows up in the local iOS app. This happened to both my phone and my iPad. How to resync passwords locally?? Yes, I removed the app and reinstalled. I also logged out and logged back in. Still the same results. Help.
