    Please check the settings in your customer account under "Notifications", which can be selected by you.

    If you continue to receive unwanted advertisements, please contact support.
    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".
    The support team has access to your settings in your customer account and can then work with you via email in accordance with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.
