    Hello Vytas,

    If you have purchased a license in the Avira online store, it will be displayed in your customer account. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. If it is not displayed in the customer account after you have entered the correct email address, the login data you entered is incorrect.

    How many email addresses do you have stored in your Avira customer account? You should have an invoice from Avira, only under this e-mail address your purchased license can be displayed in your customer account.

    You write:"... but my account is shown as expired."
    This confirms that you are not logged in with the email address of the paid monthly subscription.

    Premium customers with a valid license, correct registration and subscription reference code can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", via e-mail, chat and (partially) phone.

    Questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
