cancellation of subscription

Please could you cancel my subscription? My old computer is dead, so I can't log into the app, could you please do it for me? Thank you very much!!!

  Unfortunately, we cannot handle cancellations. Please log in to your customer account with the email address of the order (with which you also ordered your subscription) and contact support.
  Here the public accessible community is subject to the strict orders of the GDPR, customer data can only be processed with the support via email GDPR-compliant.
  With your subscription credentials, you can log in from other devices and contact the support team in a GDPR-compliant manner.
