CompletedHe/she obviously does not read my ticket properly and I said multiple times I don't have an access to the account that is getting the AVIRA LISCENCE and also asked multiple times for help wich I'm not getting at all and after not helping at all again he just closes the ticket without properly reading my last post.
I can't contact support, and everyone who I sent an email either rejected it or didn't even bother to help me. Tried calling the phone number, no one picks up or it's not even working and on all that my tickets are being closed without helping me in any way then just sending me links that take me to nowhere cause I don't have a liscence on this account and they keep telling me to log in with the account that I has a liscence but if I had the information to log in wouldnt I already done that????
Scamming people at best. Showed you all the evidence and was deleted cause of privacy concerns. What do I do when no one wants to help me but you keep taking my money????

At least disable the account if you don't want to give me my own money back so you don't steal more from me.

But you are welcome to go the announced way, also there correct documents of the contract with reference number or transaction code (PayPal) are required.If you don't remember your e-mail address of your order, this order can probably be found by the support via the reference number/transaction code of this subscription.We have already read your posts (!), you have not answered our questions. If you don't remember the email address of your order, accusations of others are no way to clarify.
We assume that you do not remember which email address you used to order the license, used PayPal for payment, and did not verify this in your Avira account of the order as the owner of this new email address. You did not answer our question, if you have entered the delivery address in the PayPal order.Probably you have an e-mail address with an old subscription and do not know your newly used e-mail address for the test subscription anymore, did not insert a delivery address at PayPal specified, differences in the payment process and also missed the cancellation of the trial version.Kind regards and a nice weekend0 -
Hello Ivan,You write on 20.08.23: "I had some sort of premium subscribtion being made 29.06.2023"These receipts you submitted are from 2020!On 20.08.23 you inserted in your post receipts that we had to delete here in the public forum in accordance with GDPR, but which are stored at Avira. Please take a very careful look at them, they are from 2020 and have long since expired! This old receipt from 2020 has nothing to do with your order from 20.06.23.Only with current and correct information we can try to be helpful. Avira must check the information, also to avoid abuse, to block a request to try unjustified refund.Kind regards0
