    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your customer account nor to your settings. We have no information about your installed Avira version (current update with version number) and no information about your Windows (version number with last update version number).

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", via email, support chat and (partly) telephone.

    I use Avira Free Security, so I can't get support from Avira.

    My Avira Free Security version is 1.1.93.6, the antivirus SDK version is 1.0.2308.1090, and the antivirus VDF version is 8.20.7.230

    My OS is Windows 11 Pro 22H2, build 22621.1702

    The Wise Registry Cleaner version is 11.0.3
