    You are writing here in the Avira community, a publicly accessible forum. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account or your installation.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", via e-mail, support chat and (partly) telephone.
    From there, your question will be answered based on your installation, unfortunately we do not have access to your settings. Thank you for your understanding.
