I need to be contacted by Avira customer service, or I need to contact them myself. Unfortunately the only open channel is for those who have a premium subscription, which I should have as I paid for the license but to date it is not yet active. I solved it myself, evidently there must have been some confusion when I changed the email in the user profile. I think I understand how to do it and I'm fixing it. Thanks anyway. Best regards0
