Avira will not uninstall based on instructions for uninstalling

So the software stopped at 5% then 20% then 100% for unstalling it eventually removed itself from the add remove programs but the files were still present it keeps loading at startup after being removed from startup and the services are disabled.  It won't let me delete teh avira directories and insitially just shut down the file browswer if I selected all the files in a drectory cannot rename the directories as it says the file is used by another program.

This is total malware and seems to be disrupting my other proceses - it also uninstalled the internet drivers when it was unisntalled so the internet isn't working on that computer anymore.

Seriously this is the worst security product I have used in decades, why why why would you push a product that disables a computer and refuses to uninstall when someone wants to uninstall it is absolutely criminal in malicious function of software to disable a systems operation. You have been making software since the 1980s so it is clear this is intentional malice in the uninstall process. I am deeply offended hours of my time have been wasted trying to remove the what is obviously intentional damage to a system.

If you warned that this would happen on uninstall it might be forgiveable but this is absolutely misrepresentation of facts.

No the program does not unisntall when you follow the windows 11 unisntall processes.

I had a legimate reason to uninstall yoursoftware because programs I was using were being shut down - the company that makes one of these programs says antivirus locks off files being used and causes the program to crash - so this is why I tried to uninstall now I don't have internet connectivity, and my computer is behaving eratically.

The program behaves like malware not security software. It is shameful and in my opinion criminal malice what is being done with your softwares uninstall processes.

It is very upsetting that Norton is furthering what is otherwise abusive and malicious code to be passed off as security software.

Obvious I want the information on how to get rid of Avira and restore my computer functions as whatever avira has done on uninstall has made my windows 11 systsem unable to connect to the internet the wifi has disapeared and windows itself is very buggy now not loading windows normally and other services seem impaired.  

How this should work is you click uninstall and it uninstalls.  Seomthing was causing this to crash at 5% multiple times when trying to uninstall. The first time I tried to uninstall I filled out the survey but when pressing send explaining I was sending because I was told the antivirus was crashing FL Studio and I also suffered an openshot crash of the same type due to files being sent into a "quarentine"  or qt directory believed to have been made by Avirua.  

None the less it is almost for AM now and hours of my time have been wasted trying to fix this -- why the heck does this program not uninstall normally? Why am I unable to delete or modify the programs files as administrator?
