Hi .

I downloaded and installed the Avira mobile Pro program on my mobile phone.
I paid.
After starting, it constantly asks to enter the activation code.
I didn't receive that one.
In my account it says: program installed, license and none.
Why.
If it doesn't work, please give me my money back.

If I want to send you an e-mail, it doesn't work. I can't ask for any type of help with my account.
