    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum. There is no contact to the Avira technicians of Avira Support from here.
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone. It would make sense to contact the support team directly.
    Your question about the technical operation of your software cannot be answered from here, the publicly accessible community, we are an user2user forum without contact to your installation or to the Avira technicians. Thank you for your understanding.
