problem with uninstalling

Hello, there is a problem with your antivirus on Windows 10, it does not want to be uninstalled, repaired or removed manually, there are problems, after one start of the computer, Avira does not want to open the main window, disappears from the notification bar and Windows 10 blocks the ACSSignedIC application, i.e. EndpointProtectionSdk, and pops up strange error that "Your organization has used Windows Defender Application Control to block this application. C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\Security\EndpointProtectionSdk\ACSSignedIC.exe Contact your support representative for more information. " and because of this I can't do anything with the program or repair it, neither uninstalling nor deleting manually after disabling everything from Avira in the task manager, it says access denied, the same file unins000.dat and error:5 access denied. At first Avira worked properly, but only after a few restarts of the computer it stopped working, nothing could be done, the test was with Microsoft Tool, which does not detect Avira on the computer, the same programs and functions, as well as other CCleaner-type programs, also do not detect the installed Avira.

Please forgive me, but since when should I pay for technical support for a product that was provided to me for free? since there are free and premium versions, support should be provided for each version, not just premium, then there is exploitation in such a situation, I have an account and I logged in but so what, nothing works with technical support,
