Can't Access My Licensed Account
Hi there, I have recently purchased a license for 5 devices and when trying to activate this license, it says that I have a free account.
Can you please help?

Unfortunately, you have not provided any information about what you have done so far to install your Prime licence. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this.
The Avira "Knowledge Base & Customer Support" provides instructions on how to install the Prime version:

You have already contacted support. The digital assistant Mark draws your attention to this:
"I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory response is only possible with the correct support login.Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
