How do I actually get to talk to someone from Avira instead of getting the runaround on the website?
CompletedMy computer died and I had to go back to my Windows seven computer. I had Prime on the now .dead computer and it won't work with windows. How can I talk to someone about this problem instead of getting the runaround from the website?

Avira Prime is compatible with Windows and works with Windows, see:Please check your installation and settings. Please describe specifically what does not work with which version of Windows. Exact details are helpful.
As Windows 7 is already very old and is no longer supported by Microsoft or Avira, automatic updates can only be delivered via currently supported operating systems.
Microsoft's note:
"Because security gaps in the Windows 7 operating system will no longer be closed by Microsoft in future and anti-virus programmes have no way of closing gaps at operating system level, we recommend that you upgrade your operating system to a current version of Windows as soon as possible."Due to the limited possibilities, it is very difficult to support outdated operating systems in a forum.
