    Hello Peter,

    We can't understand your information about the subscription cancellation search. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this.
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support-chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    Your: "Mark (the virtual assistant is useless)" is not correct on your part. The digital assistant Mark draws your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and with "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." He reminds you to log in correctly. You do not log in correctly and also confirm YOUR dissatisfaction 3 times!

    Correct login is a prerequisite for correctly functioning buttons. In the Avira "Knowledgebase and Customer Support" you will find various instructions.
