Cannot log into Passwords.avira.com despite total reinstall

I keep getting this no matter what I do. Windows/Opera One(version: 106.0.4998.19)
I have completely erased my Opera install and user directory. Cookies, passwords, cache, browser history, browser settings, extensions, everything to do with Opera. I've rebooted my PC multiple times. I finally did a complete reinstall of Windows 10 and then Opera.
There's no way there's any legacy data because there's no OS except what I reinstalled. It still only ever goes to that error screen when I try to go to passwords.avira.com.
It works fine in Linux though.
