    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation. 
    Only you know the access data to your Avira customer account, they are not known or even accessible to anyone.
    For paid licences, the customer receives a reference number for their contract. This could probably be used to determine the email from the support team. This data is required for licence billing. Do you have a paid licence?
    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Unfortunately, the Avira Community does not have access to your customer data or your e-mail address.
