failing installations

I set up my Password Manager account and random password on a Windows PC, and installed it on my iPhone and iPad. I am unable to login to either one:

1. The iPhone goes into permanent CAPTCHA mode, asking me if I'm a robot and putting up the "Which images show a bus?" test over and over and over again, never successfully logging in.
2. The iPad app refuses to recognize my Password Manager password. I try over and over again.

  I'm having exactly the same problem. Anyone got any ideas?

  Not sure how, but it resolved itself. Best try again.
