    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We do not have access to your Avira customer account, your Avira installation or your Avira licence.

    In the chat, the digital assistant Mark draws your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and  "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory answer in the chat is only possible with a correct login.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    Questions about new software applications can only be answered by Avira Support. Unfortunately, planned new features are not available in this publicly accessible forum. Thank you for your understanding.
