Hard to Believe This Isn't A Scam
Four days before my free trial ended and my "annual subscription" was supposed to take place it attempted to charge me. I cancelled my subscription and ended auto renewal. It's been spam trying to charge me ever since. I looked on how to stop it. It says I should contact them. I load up their customer service chat. It's just a chat bot. It recommends the article to contact them and immediately leaves. Before leaving it pushes upgrading to get better customer service.
They've tried to charge me like 10 times. How can I believe this isn't anything but a scam? Even if it isn't a scam it's horrible business practices designed to trick you into getting your money. But charging before a free trial ends and then making it almost impossible to stop the charge(s) screams scam.
If this isn't resolved I'm waging a war against this company and making sure it gets marked as a scam company or at the very least has 1 stars across the board.

It even says in the charge emails if I need to contact them to locate their email or phone # off the site. But now that I've cancelled my subscription I'm not even allowed to contact them through email or phone # without a subscription. Nothing to prevent me from locating their # or email on my own... but I doubt they'd be helpful even if I did.
So I'm locked out of all customer support because I ended my FREE subscription before it was supposed to charge me... but they're spam trying to charge me with no way for me to stop it. They're not going to get my money. I can just keep that card empty and get a new one. But I shouldn't have to. I should be able to trust that online security programs are less invasive than actual malware.0
