    It even says in the charge emails if I need to contact them to locate their email or phone # off the site. But now that I've cancelled my subscription I'm not even allowed to contact them through email or phone # without a subscription. Nothing to prevent me from locating their # or email on my own... but I doubt they'd be helpful even if I did.

    So I'm locked out of all customer support because I ended my FREE subscription before it was supposed to charge me... but they're spam trying to charge me with no way for me to stop it. They're not going to get my money. I can just keep that card empty and get a new one. But I shouldn't have to. I should be able to trust that online security programs are less invasive than actual malware.
