    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your purchased Avira licence, nor to your installed OS and the exact data of your installation.
    You have already submitted various requests here in the Avira Community and also to Avira Support! Multiple questions on the same topic only lead to an extension of the processing time!

    Questions about your order or questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be processed by the support team via your customer account in compliance with GDPR via email.

    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. You will find answers to your questions there. See the Avira Community guidelines: "How to create a post ⇒ Details matter"

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
