I am not able to log into my Avira account from Avira PWM app, is there a temporary problem?
CompletedSince today, I am not able to login to my account on Avira PWM app (2.11) on any of the 2 devices I tried it on. (Error occureed, Try again later). About an hour ago this step worked fine but I was getting 'No internet conenction error' at the next step - entering Master Password in the app.
Please note, everything works fine in the browser login/master password on the same device. I can login and access my passwords.
There is no network/connection issue on any of my devices, all other apps work fine, tried multiple ways, it must be an error with Avira PWM service or my account - any direction, is there any temporary issue with the service for connecting from mobile app that anyone knows about?

You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We do not have access to your customer account or your settings. Furthermore, we do not know why the error you described occurred, temporary problems are not known in this community.
The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory answer is only possible with a correct login.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can reach the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (sometimes) telephone.
Perhaps a reader who has experience with your request will contact you here in this public forum. The Avira Community is an user2user forum. If you have a licence, please log in correctly in your Avira customer account. Thank you for your understanding.
