Subscription status update problem

Unfortunately, we cannot understand your request with the information provided to us.
Avira writes in its instructions: "When you download a free Avira product or purchase a premium product in the Avira customer account, the product is automatically activated and a personal Avira account is created for you under the e-mail address used for this process."
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
You write: "I installed app and subscribed your Prime Mobile via Appstore payment." Licences purchased in the App Store are not automatically stored and activated in the Avira customer account. Have you checked your Apple customer account? Unfortunately, we cannot check this as we do not have access to Apple customer accounts. Only the owner of the purchased licence can check the correct registration and activation of the purchased subscription with his access data of the order. Thank you for your understanding.
