master password loop

Help. I seem to be caught in a master password loop.
I log in and it asks for my Master password, i enter the correct one, it says getting passwords then ends up back at enter master password.

YES its the correct password as if i change any part of it it says "Incorect password"

YES im using the correct one and not my log in password (SEE ABOVE ERROR)

NO i havent tried resetting it as im scared that ill loose all my passwords as i have been using this for a while now and ALL my passwords are stored on here

YES it works fine on my Android phones, problem only happens on windows 10 PC (That i know of)

  I have the same problem overhere. I am using the avira protected Opera browser.  up to date and also under Windows 10

  I did set up on Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome.  No problems there

  Solved,  I removed and reinstall PWM  and it did the trick
