"Event rejected due to rate limit"

I cannot login to Password Manager and therefore cannot log in anywhere... I can see 429 "event rejected due to rate limit" in the console.

What is the limit and how long do I have to wait? And first of all, why did it happen, I've been entering the correct password.

  In the UI, it displays the "Unknown Error." message (that's why I looked in the console)
