Lost access to phone number cannot log in
Not sure why my previous post never got approved after multiple months, however I am reposting it below:
hello support. I registered an account on another email of mine and paid for a subscription there. However I have lost access to the phone number I used on that account for 2fa and am unable to login because I'm not allowed to change the number or anything. This is why i have to make this forum post on a new account
The payments are still going through yet i can't even use the product because I can't log in!!
Every single support avenue is locked behind me logging in to the account and making a support ticket; how the hell am i supposed to get support for being unable to log in??? please assist

Hello everyone, I managed to resolve this by contacting Cleverbridge who handle Avira's subscriptions, they had sent me an email when i first signed up so i replied there and they were able to cancel the payments. Why this is not told to people on this forum baffles me but hopefully someone else sees this and it helps them
