Nice to have feature: allow to manually add Firewall app rules

It would be nice to have the option to manually add firewall app rules.

Automatic choice is useful to avoid tens of annoying pop-ups but, while the automatic behavior is on, it would be useful to have the chance to add a rule by hand.

So far the only very unfriendly way I found to add a rule as by my needs (different from the automatic choice) is to:

1. disable the "automatically allow trusted apps" from the firewall settings

2. run the application

3. chose my rule in the pop-up

4. enable back the automatic behavior
