Avira security removed
CompletedHello, Since a few weeks I have expierenced problems doing webbrowsing via Avira VPN. I decided to ask via a chat technical help. An employee from India took over the control of my laptop Uninstalled the Avira Security software and in the middle of the process we lost contact and I was left with a laptop without the paid Avira security software.
After that I tried to get in contact with Avira to get the software back. This failed because according to my account I was no software user and had no right on support. Chatting failed for the same reason.
Can anyone help me to find a way to get in contact with Avira because it is only possible via your account and if you have a Avira product.

Avira Technical Support was asked - after your authorization - by the support team to check your installation. You write: "An employee from India took over the control of my laptop Uninstalled the Avira Security software..." What should have been wrong? The location of the check is correct!You have 2 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. You have submitted various tickets to the support team, 7 (!) alone under a customer account under which no Avira license is stored and another 8 (!) tickets under the email address with which the license was ordered and activated.
The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this in each case: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."!
Since you have 2 email addresses on file with Avira, please make sure to log in with the email address that was used to order the license. Only you can check this, you have your Avira orders.
You can only get in contact with the email address you used to order the Avira license. Please check your own documents and your e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account! Please use the e-mail address with which the Avira license was ordered!
Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone. Only Avira Support can be used to access about your installation.
The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail with your correct registration via Avira Support. Thank you for your understanding.
