    Hello Andrej,

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum. We do not have access to your Avira customer account, your Avira installation or your purchased Avira licence.
    The publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support. See the Avira Community guidelines: ‘How do I create a post?  ⇒ Details are important’:

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration for the purchased licence can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    The digital assistant Mark reminded you several times to log in correctly: ‘I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.’ and ‘If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.’ Your question can only be processed by the support team if you have logged in correctly. The support team will only be able to answer your question satisfactorily if you are correctly registered for the purchased licence.

    You have already made several (!) contacts to the support.

    Your information: "I am not willing to bear any buggs and misconfigurations." No purchased Avira licence is stored under the access data you have used here. Please log in correctly to your Avira customer account with your access data, this is the only way to access your purchased licence.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. Please check your registration in your Avira customer account in order to be able to download and correctly use your purchased licence in your customer account!

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail with your correct registration via Avira Support. Thank you for your understanding.
