Subscription PRO not active?

Following a windows reset I had to re-register with AVIRA however my subscription paid on 20/08/2024 of 109,95€ is no longer active and does not appear in my account?
I have therefore re-registered and downloaded is AVIRA Security, how to get AVIRA PRO?

Your purchased subscription is active and is stored in your Avira customer account. Please log in correctly to your Avira customer account, then your active subscription will be displayed there and can be installed from there.
In addition, we have already informed you that you have also created a ticket with Support!
