Antivirus Cause A Problem for AOL Desktop Gold

Hi,

I am John, I have installed Avira Antivirus on my desktop. I am using Windows 10 in my PC and I am an AOL Desktop Gold user. But sometimes my antivirus cause problem to use AOL Gold. I tried to fix this issue by uninstalling AOL Desktop Gold application & again Download AOL Desktop Gold fresh application and try to install into my computer. But still, I am facing the same problem.

Anyone can help me to resolve this issue?
