2FA - What happens if i lose my phone?

Hello Support,

i don`t see anything like Backup codes or alternative 2FA methods.

What happens if i lose my phone? It seems that there is no solution so the function can`t be used.

  Hello Dominic,

  If you're losing your cell phone which you use as TFA you need to get in touch with us directly. After some verification, we're able to deactivate TFA.
