How do I disable Avira Safe Shopping process?

I have a process "Avira Safe Shopping.exe" that is eating CPU (1-2%), memory (70MB) and constantly I/O processing. According to Avira dashboard I have not even installed any "Safe Shopping" (it is grayed out and has a "Install" link for Chrome).

How do I prevent this process from running?
