    We're sorry that you would like to cancel your subscription. Sadly, we cannot deactivate it as we do need personal information which we can't request here.

    If you are using a Windows subscription you can cancel it within your Avira account:

    https://my.avira.com/

    Subscriptions for macOS, iOS, and Android can be deactivated in their app stores.
