    Good afternoon, it doesn't allow me to enter because it says I don't have an active license.
    
    The operation performed with you / s, on November 27, 2018 with the number 49K06584U0362951J, is one year.
    
    So my license is active until 11/27/2019.
    I have three months left before the license expires.
    in the transaction made on 11/27/2018, I pack them € 99,95€.

    Well, which what kind of issues are you facing? 

    If your license seems to be out of date, please make sure that you're logged in with the same credentials as you've purchased Avira. This makes sure that your active license will be used by the local installation.
