Hi,
I'm looking for an answer to witch i had no response before. Is there a way to contact Avira support via email ? I can't find it.

Well, if you haven't a paid license it is not possible to send us an email or give a call. So for free users, we're available within this board.

If you're a paid customer, please make sure that you're logged in with the same email address which you've purchased Avira. Logged in in that way will show you how to get in touch with our support team.

Please of all, if you're facing a different kind of issue, open a new post for your own. This makes it easier to assist you.

So, please double check if you're using another email address and see if the emails arrive there. In this case, you also have another Avira account and you need to deactivate the newsletters there as well.
